Marshall C. Bell
President and Chief Strategist

Marshall C. Bell has spent his entire life listening, learning, and leading. At age 18, while still a freshman in college, he was tapped to manage the political campaign for his brother, former Baltimore City Council President, Lawrence Bell III. After graduating, he joined the family business working as its Operations Manager, before taking a number of financial services positions at Fortune 500 firms located in the Baltimore/D.C. region. In 2006, he started his first company, Crystal Clear Cleaning and Building Services.

Marshall is deeply committed and connected to the community. In 2014, the former talk radio show host and twice published book author was elected to the Democratic State Central Committee representing Maryland's 40th Legislative District. He has also served as the Communications Director for The Maryland Academy of Technology and Health Sciences (a local charter school); Senior Advisor to many city and statewide political campaigns; and as a Legislative Policy Analyst to the Baltimore City Council's Land Use & Transportation, Public Safety, Labor, and Executive Appointments committees. Most recently, Marshall worked in the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City, where he served as both a Community Liaison and as a Legislative Policy Analyst.

Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Howard University, and an MBA from The University of Maryland (Global Campus). He is married to wife Ronda, and is the proud father of two amazing sons, and dad to two outstanding bonus sons, as well.
